i have decided

i have decided that i will join with something that is bigger than me, something that calls me to what god has for my life, something that can enable me to bless others through what i do even if i have to pay a price.

right now i am sitting on my laptop after church on sunday the 22 june 08, it is 1:08pm

it has just been a very hard and long weekend but well worth it. on friday and saturday we had a womens conference up at church and i was on media as well as being the stage tech for the band. i was up there from tuesday the week before getting things ready, setting up the stage, the risers, running leads, sound checking, making sure everything on the computer worked etc. on thursday i went up at 10am, i didnt leave til 11pm. on friday i went up at 10am and didnt get home til 12, and yesterday i went up at 8am and didnt get home til 1am... i dont even want to add that up, but i am blessed to be able to do that because i was able to bless over 450 women and was able to deal with 2 influential speakers (being maree de jong from life church, and julia a'bell from hillsong).

i rejoice in the fact that this conference has impacted so many people and that the impact from this conference will go further into the community and impact others. like a ripple from a stone in a body of water.

i saw this video on friday and i am 100% certain that seeing this gave me the strength and ambition to get through the weekend, and now i sense that it will help me to get through the tough times in my life with more conviction that god is awesome and that nothing is impossible.
