soon

so i dropped my shazzy off in auckland yesterday, traveled home today and i miss shazzy something terrible. hopefully that should all change soon, excel audition on tuesday got my two pieces down as good as ill get em, i wish by stevie wonder, and my future decided by hillsong united. should be good, pray for me 8.15pm on tuesday the 28th october 2008 ok?

anyway im naffed a road trip to rainbows end with 30-40 13-18 yr olds will do that to you, not to mention everyone sleeping in a hall (it was divided into boys and girls sides! lol), but when they get excited they wont shut up!!! lol

anyway i have to sleep so bad! my own bed tonight! yay

summer

so summer is approaching, which means some awesome things are coming up...

first is the daylight saving, which has already happened and its been great!

second is the weather gets warmer, which has kinda happened but being in a coastal city with a mountain we get vicious weather changes hahaha...

um other things to look forward to:

• the weather actually getting warm all day and all night
• Christmas (my fav time of the year)
• PARACHUTE!!!! AHHHHHHHH!!!!
• Shaz's birthday
• Traveling to Auckland to see my shazzy
• My excel audition
• Christmas production at church (tis guna be hilarious this year!!!)

i cant keep in contact with shazzy, its not my phone, its hers thats broken... get her a new one? i dont even know her address or home number, shes touring so its a new home every week...

auditioning

so ive applied for excel school of performing arts as a bass major. i got a letter back saying what i need to bring for my audition and when / where my audition is. so it's tuesday the 28th october at 8.15pm in palmy north. not exactly sure what im going to take for a bass amp since i hate mine and always sound like crap through it (so if anyone has any ideas? or nice bass amps that i could borrow???). the two songs im doing are my future decided by hillsong united, its got a nice bass riff in it, and then stronger by hillsong since its in 3/4 timing i thought id show my ability to play in other time signatures.

anyway im pretty nervous about it lol, i always get nervous. i know stronger like the back of my hand and am learning the main parts to my future decided. i really hope i nail the audition and get into excel. it'll give me something fabulous to do next year, and ill be closer to my girl =D oooooh i should post some pics of when she was here last week...
